We torched our chest/shoulders first.
4 sets of each of the following (12/12/10/10) with 20s rest in between:
- Press ups / mountain climbers
- Push to side plank(r/l) / plank jacks
- Archer merkins / star plank
Then, we torched abs with 25 of each:
- Leg lifts
- Reverse crunches
- Bicycles
- Crunches
- Boat
- Boat w/ hammers
- Side crunches (r)
- Side crunches (l)
- V reaches
- Extension to tucks
Finally, we went back up through those with sets of 10.
