Mosey to get block.
Workout:
10 of exercise, dynamic exercise across field to the other sideline, 1 of another exercise, mosey back. Each set decreased by one at the starting sideline and increased by one on the other sideline.
- Round 1: Alternating block lunge, high knees/skips, dips
- Round 2: Merkins, backwards run, prisoner get-ups
