Workout:

Did ladder runs up to the 50 with workouts every 10 yards. After 50 carried coupon from 40,30,20,10, end zone. Exercises consisted of:
10 burpees
20 big boys
30 curls
40 plank jacks
50 jumping jacks
40 sec plank
30 squats
20 merkins
10 shoulder press

Talked about all the small blessings we are given everyday. To wake up and be able to have heat and water. Roof over our head. Be thankful of the little stuff.
