We partnered up and took to the hill.One partner repeated:

  • 5 flying squirrels
  • 10 prison get ups
  • 20 monkey humpers
  • 30 SSH

While the other partner:

  • double farmers carried two blocks up the hill
  • 2 clockwork merkins revolutions
  • Hill run(s) (increasing by 1 for each round)
  • reverse double farmers carry with a 3-count lunge

Repeat for time.

I apologize that this seemed simple to follow in my head but was far more complicated in practice. Never good when folks are still asking for clarification as the workout is ending!
