Back in the Saddle

We tested out a new AO for the run/ruck. We are shocked the cops did not show up. I was offered a “ride” at 505am by some man In a white SUV. @Lincoln  a resident of Medina for the majority of his life never knew of this place.Regardless, we all managed 3.25 miles. All of us in various stages of health and ability. @Lincoln took off from the pack halfway through to show he’s ready for the Akron relay, @Radio spilled some  or  somewhere along the way. @Brutus provided the tunes for @Forrest for our romantic hand held run together for the 2nd half.  We did miss @Shugah as he has fallen for @Flo ‘s. Careful @Shugah, @Flo is only interested in saving you  for insurance, nothing else.Good run everyone, was good to be back in the saddle with everyone. You guys really pushed me along, I had more in the tank than I thought.
