8 minute work rounds, 1 minute rest. One partner did the hill exercise while other partner did a variation of a Merkin — then switched… for time.Round 1:
- 3x hill sprints
- Slow merkins (in sets of 5)
Round 2:
- 2x backward runs up the hill
- Diamond merkins / merkins from knees (alternating sets of 5)
Round 3:
- Alternating crawl bear / bear crawl
- Alternating plank / chaturanga
6MOM:
- 6” hold / raises
- LBCs (slow / fast)
- Side crunches (l / r)
