Workout:
Partners alternated with one running a 400 while the other participated in a group exercise. Within the group exercise, we rolled two dice. First indicated the rep count (x10) with the 6 (or weirdly a 9 because I messed up making them) being a wildcard. The second indicated the exercise (merkins, squats, overhead presses, curls, plank and wildcard).
We got about 6 laps in per person and a good number of reps.
