Totals:

  • 240 bodyweight squats
  • 140 merkins
  • 70 jump squats
  • 70 side straddle hops
  • 70 burpees
  • 480 yards of sprints

How:

We did bodyweight squats in reps from 15 down to 1. At each 5 (15, 10, 5, 1), we first held the last squat for a count (20, 30, 40), then, we did 10 reps of 5 exercises: wide merkins, jump squats, diamond merkins, side straddle hops and burpees. Once we got down to 1 and did our 5 exercises, we reversed it and went up from 1 to 15, again holding our squat at the end of each 5 and then did our 5 exercises.

Finally, we ran a series of reps from the goal line: 50 yards/back, 40 yards/back, 30 yards/back, 20 yards/back, 100 yards/back.
