Single leg hops across the field (50 yards, switch leg half way)

Corner 3

  • Bear Plank Shoulder Touch
  • Lunge Back Touch Knee Up
  • Chopper

Reverse Inchworm back to goal line

Corner 4

  • Merkin Bottom Jack
  • Battle Rope Hop
  • Arms Up High Knee

Single leg hop backwards to the starting corner
