Normal stretching in the Senior Parking Lot (Station 1)

The PAX started with a mosey to just above the softball field (Station 2)
10 burpees (Station 3)
mosey to Memorial park for some bearcrawl/clockwork merkins (station 4)
Over to the picnic tables for OH press (Station 5)
and shrugs (station 6)
a brief trot into Jump Park led us to Pull ups or one minute hangs (station 7)
Mosey to Memorial Stadium for Calf raises on the bleachers (station 8)
Bearcrawl across the field (Station 9)
Mosey to soccer field across from Claggett for 25 merkins (station 10)
Mosey to the upper MHS parking lot for 15 Big Boys (Station 11)
Back to SR Parking Lot for LBCs, American Hammers, and Flutter Kicks (Station 12)
