In an effort to prove there is no “I” in Q, we each brought one exercise to the workout.
We ended up with two cycles consisting of the following:
Yoga Merkins from @Squealer
Sun Salutations from @Radio
Warrior Pose from @Garmin
Pickle Pointer/Knees to Chest from @Dash6 inch hold/Leg Raises from @Shugah
Bird Dogs from @Focker
Prayer Pose/Planks (sneaky hard) from @Snugglebug
Between stations we alternated between moseys and lunge walks. Some of us also kept a keen eye out for lightning.
Masculinity has become somewhat unfashionable recently. I believe that true masculinity is never toxic, and the toxic aspects of masculinity which are frequently cited are never masculine. It is up to us as men to model an appropriate and beneficial form of masculinity to the next generation of men.
