Anaerobic Endurance Test
We lined up and completed the following three rounds on the track:
– Round 1: Run as far as possible in :60
– Round 2: Run for the distance in Round 1 and record time
– Round 3: Run for the time in Round 2 and try to beat distance of Round 1
We then completed the same test with burpees.
We finished with an extended Mary
