Warm-up:

– SSH – 25 reps

– Shoulders/Tri’s
– Grady Corns
– Turn and Bounce
– Tappy Taps
– Runner’s Stretch
– Bear Stretch/Calves

Workout:

PAX lined up on the goal line w coupon. Started with 12 Curls, then run to 10yd line and performed 10 reps of exercise #1. Ran back to goal line, then to the 20yd line and performed 20 reps of exercise #2. Ran back to goal line, then to the 30yd line and performed 30 reps of exercise #1. Ran back to goal line, then to the 40yd line and performed 40 reps of exercise #2. Ran back to goal line to complete the round.
Round 1: Merkins and Squats
Round 2: Mike Tyson’s and Flutter Kicks
Round 3: Big Boys and Crunchy Frogs
Round 4: Wide Merkins and SSH
Round 5: Shoulder Taps and Mtn Climbers
Round 6: Merkins and Pickle Pointers
