Warm-up:

A spattering of exercises on the S and second E of the west end zone.

Workout:

PAX took turns coming up with a mode of transport and an exercise. If the exercise was on all fours, it went ten yards with a ten rep exercise. If it was upright on your feet, it went 20 and 20. Unless you were @UniBaller or @Padre, then you either can’t follow directions, or aren’t good with numbers. Where are @Picabo and @Slow Pitch when you need them?

PAX alternated between ten and twenty rep exercises, and everyone managed to get it right. Nice job guys.

COT:

Please remember what the Easter season is about. The bunnies and chocolates are cute, but we were all given a gracious gift by God at Easter. Be thankful, and remember the reason for the season.
