Mobility: PVC shoulder/trunk/hip mobility, shoulder stretch on knee wall

Workout:

Turkish Get Ups: AMRAP 1m on 20sec of x5
Freddy Kruger: 21-15-9 American Kettlebell Swings and Burpees (remember your time. We will do this again)  hit the average time (for above average humans that is)

6MOM:

Stretch: Dynamic stretching including Russian Baby Makers
