  • 45 second high plank
  • 30 second right side plank
  • 30 second left side plank

COT:

Prayers for those impacted by the apartment building that collapsed near Miami. Also prayers for my grandma who has been going through a bunch of tests at the hospital this week to figure out why she’s been experiencing shortness of breath. It’s looking like she will get the all clear… hopefully tomorrow.
My thought for today was around always putting in the work so that we’re prepared for when we get pulled into the ring. Whether it be a physical, mental or spiritual battle, we all know there are going to be times in life when our strength will be tested. Let’s not be caught unprepared! @Sarge and @Flanders had some great sayings to go along with this message but I’m struggling to remember exactly how they went… Would you guys mind sharing?
