Drag your KB 10 yards (side plank right drag, side plank left drag, drag bears, reverse plank drags), at every 10 yds hold a plank for 6, perform 10 reps of a move. Today included
  • KB rows single arm
  • Kneeling shoulder press single arm
  • Chest press single arm
  • Goblet squat
  • Tricep extension
  • Hold Squat
  • Reverse lunge
Return to the other goal line by way of switching from Drag bears to reverse Drag Bears every 10 yards, wait for 6 at each 10-yard mark. The goal is to not come out of plank, don’t let your knees touch the turf!

COT:

Seek encouragement from family and friends. Most importantly seek encouragement from the Lord who has designed us to be amazing and equipped us to do things we or those that know us would have never imagined. Take His truths and run with them. Don’t let the negative voice bring you down, building off of yesterday’s message we need to take the negative thoughts captive and realize that they are lies that we (in our sinful nature) tell ourselves. You guys are very encouraging and I love that you are a part of my life. Thank you all. Glenn
