Seek encouragement from family and friends. Most importantly seek encouragement from the Lord who has designed us to be amazing and equipped us to do things we or those that know us would have never imagined. Take His truths and run with them. Don’t let the negative voice bring you down, building off of yesterday’s message we need to take the negative thoughts captive and realize that they are lies that we (in our sinful nature) tell ourselves.
