Inaugural Friday Edition

2 pax @Scratch ‘n Sniff  and @Squid Rucked a little over 3 miles with a short stop at Starbucks for some coffee.  The conversation ranged from how to stay mindful in your day to day life to how to calculate how much money is needed for retirement.

As I mentioned previously I hope to make rucking a more regular thing for the Brunswick Area.  I may start changing the location to keep thing interesting and I hope to see some more join us in the weeks to come.
