5 miler at varying paces. Followed by coffee at panera where we discussed contaminated soils, less than complimentary comments by ex-spouses and how friends don’t let friends wear jeans with embroidery on them. We did decide that regardless of the pace or distance this morning that getting out in the cold was the battle that was waged and won.
