Ballerina, Torso Twist Squad, Tappy Taps, Seal Clap, Overhead Clap, M Phelps

Workout:

Exercise followed by a 100 yard recovery run. Repeat of first exercise, add second at increased rep count by 5. Recovery run, repeat 1 and 2 and add 3rd at increased count.

15 Big Boys (total of 120)
20 Merkins (total of 140)
25 Squads (total of 150)
30 Butterfly Crunch (total of 150)
35 Dips (total of 140)
40 Monkey Hopper (total of 120)
45 Side Straddle Hop (total of 90)
50 LBC (total of 50)
