Ladder style workout of merkins, alpos, dips, curls, overhead presses, WW1s, and squats (20 each) with sideline to sideline run in between rounds (backward and forward).

If entire set completed you did: 140 merkins, 120 alpos, 100 dips, 80 curls, 60 overhead presses, 40 WW1s, and 20 squats

While walking with @6 Pack on Tuesday mentioned a quote from the book Canoeing the Mountains by Tod Bolsinger that really made sense to me. The quote is “You haven’t succeeded until you survive the sabotage”. To really succeed, we need to persevere through difficulties, external sabotage and internal sabotage.
