7 stations – all done with kettlebells except for box jumps: Box Jumps/Turkish Get ups/lunges/swings/alternating swing to clean/Military presses/squats
Pax paired up – we spent 5 min. and 50 sec. at each station taking turns doing the prescribed exercise. While one man did the exercise the other rested or did plank holds or squat holds. After each minute the pair switched.
I’m attempting and encourage us all, to find the opportunity in the challenges that we face. To find the opportunity to grow and learn instead stagnate and complain. It’s a mindset change that takes time but is well worth it. I’ll keep you posted on my progress!
