Workout:
Neck rolls and tricel stretch to start then each pax used a triggerpoint ball to loosen there muscle fascia. Started with calves and worked to hamstrings and Glutes. Added pectoral’s and worked down to quads.
We then used the PVC pipe for some shoulder work and lat stretching. Finished with shoes off and rolled bottom of feet on PVC pipe to work out any Plantar Fasciitis.
