A BIT FAST – THE HILL
Hill w/ partner. One runs the hill (alternating forwards and backwards up the hill) while other does side straddle hops. ~10 minutes

A BIT SLOW – ISOMETRICS
Circle up for some muscle group isometric exercises. Each consisted of 5, 60 second holds followed by a “fast” exercise set of 40.

GROUP 1: Legs

Lunge hold (L) x 60s
Lunge hold (R) x 60s
Squat hold x 60s
Wide squat hold x 60s
Calf raise hold x 60s
