1/4 mile Indian run with football handoffs

Workout:

Workout: Partner up. Four teams of two or three. One team sprints 200 yards with the football stopping every 20 yards to reset the line of scrimmage. Passing down the field was also an option. The other teams stay at the goal line and exercise until the running team returns. Upon the team’s return, the next team does the 200 yard football sprint while the other teams exercise at the goal line and so on for five cycles (four quarters and an overtime).
