@Radio mentioned Dining to Donate at Chik-Fil-a for Medina AfterProm fundraiser tonight. Mentioned a podcast I listened to with the founder of Orange Theory, Ellen Latham. The principal of the workout is to generate “ Excess Post Exercise Oxygen Consumption” or EPOC.  Excess post-exercise oxygen consumption is a physiological concept that occurs after an elevation in oxygen consumption as the body returns to its pre-exercise state. Your target heart rate  zone is 84–91 percent of your maximum heart-rate and maximizes when an you may reach EPOC. That was the goal today…. but @Churchill shut down my research by banning the return of the workout…….
