Got the blood pumping with a mosey half way around the track and then pick up coupons by way of running the stadium stairs. A condensed version of the 900 workout where we did 3 rounds of x25 each: merkins, overhead press, LBC, curls, squats and bent rows with a 50 yard run in between each exercise. Did a 4th round but this time only 10 reps each but done in a slow 4 count cadence. I heard a lot of groaning in the final set. Lol!
Time was tight so we only got in 20 big boys before calling it quits.
