Workout:

Padre kindly took the reigns and led us through the south end of awesome Medina. It was a bit icy and our legs weren’t happy with us after @Churchill‘s killer full body beatdown from the day before… but, we got in just over 3 miles at an easy ~9 minute pace.

Hope to have the full crew back next week.
