This turned into a couples run .
Couple 1 – team ginger.   @Focker @Shugah
Couple 2 – team baldy. @Cadet @Forrest
Couple 3 – team Brutus @Brutus @ellaTeam ginger broke away early to a blazing 3 mile run / pace under 9 min mile. Team baldy started off strong and then I reminded @Cadet of the lovely hills of Medina all incline towards the square…he insisted on going 3 …so we got him there. Team Brutus started strong and gutted through a tough run with side cramps. We learned  @Focker was fired from his Cc coaching position due to his grotesque technique of eradicating those side cramps… I don’t think @ella will be utilizing the @Focker technique. Props to @ella for willingly waking up this frickin early to run with a bunch of old men. Way to put the work in. Great run everyone.
