Great run on this chilly morning. About 48degrees, sun popped out quickly. @Radio was a surprise show up as I don’t think he HCd at all. We all managed about 3 ish miles, @Radio is wiser and shut her down a bit sooner due to a pending injury. @Forrest started rough with his newfound , self diagnosed, gout, but the gout couldn’t handle the miles and disapated. Good to see @Cadet dedication…I see a 5k in his future . Twin Sizzler is right around the corner…..
