(Triangle of Trust) Yesterday afternoon when I was considering how to craft the beatdown and COT I came across the following quote from Thomas Sowell. “When you want to help people you tell them the truth. When you want to help yourself, you tell them what they want to hear.” The quote made me think about my high school wrestling coach who embodied the spirit of that quote. I man who taught me a lot about toughness and determination. He was not a man that told you what you wanted to hear. Praise didn’t come easy. Today’s workout was inspired by and is salute to his pre and post practice calisthenics routine.
