Workout:

A new course was plotted to avoid the Achilles tendon harvesters that scavenge the forest and trails around AI Root and Canavan. This was by far the flattest course we have run, a welcoming site. 3 miles for the pedestrians in the group and 4 miles for the lone wolf of the group. I forgot to bring the beer reward to entice newbies.
