After a brief warmup, we strolled over to the blocks and grabbed 2 per man. We strolled to the corner of the end zone for an EMOM consisting of the following:

2 block chest press x25
2 block curls x25
2 block bent over rows x 25
2 block suitcase squats x2525 Merkins
25 Mtn Climbers
25 LBCs
25 Bonnie Blairs1 block Overhead press x25
1 block tricep extension x25
1 block Am Hammers x25
25 leg scissors

We took a one minute rest between the sets and made it through 2-2/3 rounds.


Today’s workout was an excuse to not run. But it can double as a reminder to not be moving so fast in life from one thing to the next that you miss out on all of the events that happen in between.
