PAX traveled around the stadium, making frequent stops to perform 25 reps, or seconds, of an exercise.  Mode of travel was a mosey, karaoke and back peddle.  Exercises included:

Shared a recent story from our house.  My wife had been contacted from one of my youngest daughter’s classmate’s mother.  She shared some text from a fifth grade chat group.  There were two boys, who are brothers, that were clearly bullying others, including my daughter.
My wife got very angry at what my daughter had posted in the chat, to the point she wanted to ground her.  She read to me the exchanges of the chat.  After these two bullies had called the other boy a fag and told my daughter she was ugly and asked if she was crying, my daughter responded with, “You two are just a couple of bitches and are not shit”.
I asked my wife if it was the language she was mad at, because I have no problem with my daughter standing up for herself against bullies.  I told her we should not discipline her for standing up for herself, because we have always told her to do so.  After some time, my wife did agree.
