Warm-up:

Yell at  and  to pipe down, Regional neck rolls, chicken wing, buffalo humps, hanging hammies, down dog, pigeon, radio, forearm medley, Gradycorns x10.

Workout:

PAX did four exercises of 25 reps each in the west endzone:  Merkins, OH Press, Curls, Skull Crushers, traversed the stadium steps, did a 30 second balls to the wall and a 30 second wall squat at the concession stand, moseyed to the east endzone, and sprinted back to the west endzone, all while watching ‘s backside.  Repeato to time. I believe  completed 106 rounds.  The next closest was maybe 5.
