Stretching in the west end zone, complete with six turn and bounce!

PAX did a mode of transport to the 10 did 10 reps of three exercises, repeated to the 20 and 30, then did the MOT back to the goal line.  We completed four rounds, because some idiot made us do man makers, burpees, and prison get ups in round one, and it took over ten minutes. 

Same format with imperial walkers as the MOT, coupled with LBCs, gas pumps, and heals to heaven.

I was listening to an Frank Siller (the founder of Tunnel to Towers) interview the other day.  The interviewer asked him, since a whole generation has been born, grown up, and even completed college since 9/11, if he runs into people who don’t know anything about 9/11 these days.  He said, “I can only speak for the people in this organization, and those who donate to this organization, and they are all very aware of what happened that day.  Their children know about it, because they have taught them about it.”  It got me thinking about the fact that it’s our responsibility to teach our kids about these things.  Pearl Harbor was 28 years before I was born, but I knew about it.  My parents, grandparents, and teachers talked about it.  We say “Never Forget”, but the onus is on us to make sure that doesn’t happen.
