  • Arm circles forward and back
  • Crescent pose left and right
  • Toe touch into Plank
  • up dawg, back to plank
  • down dawg/Calf stretch back to toe touch
  • flamingo OYO

Workout:

  • 40 reps each:
  • Merkins, curls, squats, lawn mowers (20 each arm)
  • Followed by Stadium steps
  • Then 100 yard sprint
  • Rinse and repeato
