Warm-up:

Normal + motivator

Workout:

21-format beatdown + 1 for the date.

1 burpee, bear crawl 22 yards, 21 curl/overhead presses, lunge walk back

Repeat by adding an additional burpee while subtracting a curl/press (2/20, 3/19, so on)

 

6MOM:

  • 22 count high plank to 22 count chataranga (have no idea how to spell) – 1 set followed by 2 sets
  • 22 count slow/fast bicycles
  • 20, err… 22 v-ups

COT:

We, as humans, are and should be anti-fragile.
