Bearcrawled 30 yards, then Returned via 5 broadjumps and 3 burpees, until they reached the starting point (goal line).

The above was in honor of Army Sargent Keith Adam Coe, who gave his life defending this country in 2010 in Iraq (I believe I mistakenly said Afghanistan in my hazed state this morning). This is just a reminder to keep our service men and women, both past and present, in your hearts and minds. These people, like @Cadet and @Squid give up years of their lives, and put themselves in danger for us to do what we do. My simple words here could never do that justice. May God bless our men and women in uniform.
