Warm-up:

  • Neck
  • Arm Circles
  • Triceps/Shoulders
  • Tippy Taps
  • Flamingos
  • Bear Stretch/Calves

Workout:

Beginning at the goal line, Partner 1 begins exercise, while Partner 2 backpedals to the 50 years line and jogs back.  Partner 2 will continue the exercise accumulated by Partner 1, until the repetition counts below are met:

  • Merkins – 100 Reps
  • Squats w/ coupon – 150 Reps
  • Curls – 125 Reps
  • Alt Lunges. – 150 Reps
  • Tricep Dips – 125 Reps
  • Plank Hold – 4 rounds
  • Burpees – 50 Reps

Also, worked in side slides, karaoke, and jogs to the 50 yard line and back.

6MOM:

  • LBC’s 20 Reps
  • Bicycle 2 Reps (10 slow, 10 Fast)
  • Big Boi’s 10 Reps
