Workout:

We partnered up for a series of combined reps where one partner did the exercise and the other laddered to the 10, 20 and 30 yard line, doing 1, 2 and 3 burpees respectively. When the partner returned, he took over and added to the rep count.

Exercises were:

  • Leg raises x100
  • LBC x 200
  • Flutter kicks x 300
  • Pass the butter x 400
  • Squats x 500
