Three Amigos

Three PAX @Dash @Shugah @Radio set out on a rucking adventure, literally days in the making.  Much was accomplished on this ruck, as we realized that we should simply eat what we crave , and much to his chagrin, @Radio is the asshole of our F3 AO.   Unfortunately, we inadvertently may have stumbled upon the fact that @Barnum is sporting wood at the workouts.   Beyond (or maybe in spite of) all that  a successful 3.23 was put in, and I think we’re better for it!  @Dash is on deck tomorrow.  SYITG!
