Ruck

3 HIMs posted for a pre-dawn ruck through the hills of Blue Heron and Austin Badger parks on Sunday. @Radio @Shugah and @Squealer.Both the trail and the conversation were winding. We covered just over 3 miles of ground and various topics that included our interactions with the elderly, risk taking and thrill seekers, word games and their potential benefits for staving of cognitive issues and the coming robot apocalypse.
