Concentrated mainly on legs just west of the west endzone, to make use of the band bleachers
PAX did a series of five exercises x20 reps each, followed by one lap around the track. Rinse and repeat. Exercises were Squats, Bulgarian Squats, Bleacher Squats (on leg placed on a higher step than the other), Monkey Humpers, Calf Raises.
@Shugah did 873 laps, everyone else fell between 4-6.

After Monday’s workout, @Picabo approached me, as I was putting the flag in my rig. He basically told me that I was doing great, and just me being out there was inspirational. It took him ten seconds, but it made my day, and reinvigorated me. I’ve been having some trouble with frustration and, subsequently, motivation, since I can’t do a lot of the stuff everyone is doing right now. Just those words brought things back into perspective. Just by being out there, we’re doing more than 90% of the people out there. @Shugah sent me a simple text on Thursday, and asked, “How are you doing?” Again, a simple thing, but it reiterated what the group means, and how the support we lend one another is so important. Thanks for all you guys do, and I can only hope that I’m holding up my end of the bargain.
