Dealer’s Choice

PAX lined up on the 50 yard line. Rotated through the group, with each PAX calling a number (either 10, 20, 30, or 40) and an exercise. PAX ran that number of yards and completed that number of said exercise.

A good variety of exercises were completed and @Brutus was laser-focused on “leg day”. Solid work and participation by ALL.

I found recently that I have become a little relaxed and not focused in my responsibility as a parent.
