PAX lined up on the goal line.  Ran to the 10 yard line, did 10 reps of exercise 1, back to the goal line, then ran to the 20 yard line, did 20 reps of exercise 2, back to the goal line.  Ran to the 30 yard line, 30 reps of exercise 1, back to the goal line.  Ran to the 40 yard line, 40 reps of exercise 2, back to the goal line.  Pax completed 7 rounds, completing the following exercises:

Hearing @Padre speak yesterday about how he finally feels good and has finally recovered from a long injury; seeing @Focker post regularly after his battle with an injury; also seeing @French Lick regularly post while he deals with injury have all been encouraging to witness.

Being among this group is a great thing and knowing how and when to modify is critical to overcoming injuries.  Well done Men!
