Using the format I seem to have become obsessed with, we did three sets of four strength exercises on a 0:50 on 0:10 off cadence. Then, a 3:00 break. And finished with another three sets of four cardio exercises.
1st 4: Pull ups, Merkins, Squats, LBCs
2nd 4: Burpees, Squat Jumps, Hop Overs, Mike Tysons

I was moved by Saturday’s event to celebrate an awesome member of our group and what he did for our country. It was great to see the turnout for @Cadet and I just took a moment to not only be happy for him, but also reflected on how grateful I am for some of the best friends I have had the opportunity to have in my life. As we have said so many times, this is so much bigger than a workout group and I’m thankful for each of you. Have a great Presidents’ Day and congratulations again, @Cadet.
