Warm-up:

Workout:

We jogged over to the PAC and paired up. One partner repeated a series of exercises (5 burpees, 5 belchies — one legged burpees, and 5 plank jack burpees) while the other ran down the long hill and back. We then switched until each partner ran the stretch three times.

We then jogged back to the field, stopping three times to do some exercises:

  • 10 lunges (L), 10 lunges (R), lunge hold (L), lunge hold (R), Bonnie Blairs (10)
  • 10 wide merkins, 10 regular merkins, 10 diamond merkins
  • 10 squats, squat hold, alternating side squats (10 each side)

6MOM:

  • six inch hold, upper body slightly elevated doing American Hammers (10 count / 20 count)

COT:
