C is for Cardio and Core (Part 2)

Warm-up:

Motivator follow by some stretchy things.

Workout:

Guardian run until each pax completed the run to the front two times. Before making the sprint, you had to do a (series of) burpee(s). We started with one and increased by 1 each round.

Then, we followed in up with the following core work:

  • 10 LBCs
  • 10 reverse crunches
  • 10 right oblique crunches
  • 10 left oblique crunches
  • 10 second 6-inch hold
  • 10 leg lifts

We increased the number of sets by 1 each round.
We finished with 4 total rounds… 2 miles of running, 100 of each core exercises (I think)
