Workout:

Partner up. Pax1 wearing weighted vest…. Switch vest to PAX performing non-plank exercise.
Partners performed 100 Merkins, 200 LBCs, & 300 Squats, 100 Curls and 100 Tricep Presses as a team. In between completed sets a simple mosey to opposite end zone and back. P1 starts with 10 Merkins while P2 planks with feet of coupon, then switch. Continue switching between Merkins and plank until 100 total Merkins reached. Next, while P1 did 25 LBCs, P2 performs a Plank hold until P1 is finished, then switch. Continue switching until all 200 LBCs are completed. Finally, P1 did 50 squats while P2 does Plank hold, then switch. Continued switching until 300 total squats are completed. Came back down and did two quick sets for 100 reps total of each of curls and tricep press in groups of 20 reps. Same Plank hold for other PAX.
